ABX advanced biochemicals is a leading global supplier of radiopharmaceuticals with a focus on positron emission tomography (PET) tracers. We develop and produce compounds and components for every type of radiotracer - from PET and SPECT precursors, PET reagent kits and cassettes to complete radiopharmaceutical drug production in a GMP environment.

Based in Radeberg, Germany, our team of more than 350 employees specializes in custom synthesis and manufacturing of precursors and peptides according to GMP for active pharmaceutical ingredients. Thanks to our expertise combined with state-of-the-art equipment, we achieve the highest research, production and quality standards. For example, we operate a hot cell laboratory for the research and development of new radiopharmaceutical kits and cassettes for our own product portfolio and for collaboration with partner companies.

We are also an authorized manufacturer of radiopharmaceutical drugs. For example, we manufacture our first self-approved drug Radelumin® in Radeberg and thus supply large parts of eastern Germany with this modern diagnostic agent for the detection of prostate cancer.
