Radiopharmaceuticals "Made in Dresden-Rossendorf": ROTOP continues to grow

The Dresden-based company Rotop Pharmaka is a prime example of the boom in radiopharmaceuticals. Rotop, which emerged from the former Central Institute for Nuclear Research, is now one of the world's leading manufacturers of radioactive pharmaceuticals for diagnostics and cancer therapy. Managing Director Jens Junker leads a rapidly growing team of over 200 employees and is planning to build two new production facilities for therapeutics - a unique project in Europe. With the support of investors such as Genui, SHS and the WMS Growth Fund Saxony, the company aims to significantly expand its capacities and produce over 100,000 patient doses per year in the long term.
